Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (GMRC) has announced that it has extended its operating hours for the ongoing Navratri festival, with the last metro train now running till 2 am instead of 10 pm.
At present, Ahmedabad metro services run from 6:20 am to 10 pm along the Phase-I corridor.
Trains on the Phase-I corridor (East-West and North-South lines), notably between Thaltej and Vastral Gam and Motera Stadium and APMC, will run during Navratri from October 5 to 11, from 6:20 am to 2 am, according to a statement issued by GMRC.
Trains will operate every 20 minutes at all stations along the Phase-I route after 10 pm.
