IBS Business School has recently organised “FITWIT,” a unique initiative aimed at addressing the modern challenge of diminishing physical activity and mental engagement, often attributed to technological advancements.
During the event, a live ‘Chair Yoga’ session was conducted by physiotherapist and yoga expert Dr. Mahek Kothari. In order to emphasise the significance of maintaining physical well-being even in sedentary environments, this workshop included exercises that participants could do while sitting at their desks.
Following the yoga session, attendees participated in an interactive quiz titled “Quizikal.” The quiz, which was created and administered by renowned quizmaster Sanjay Chakraborty, was intended to promote mental health and agility in participants by improving their cognitive capacities.
With more than 200 students and faculty members in attendance, the event was a huge success in advancing holistic well-being.
