In the latest episode of ‘The Kardashians,’ reality TV star Kris Jenner shared an emotional update about her health. Kris revealed to her friends and family that she has decided to undergo a hysterectomy to prevent the spread of a tumour.
During a heartfelt conversation with friends Kathy Hilton and Faye Resnick, Kris announced, “I’m going to have a hysterectomy.” She reflected on the significance of the decision, saying, “I’m going to remove something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life.”
Kris explained that what began as a plan to remove her ovaries escalated after a phone call from her doctor, who advised that removing her entire uterus would be the best course of action. Despite feeling emotional and overwhelmed, Kris reassured her loved ones that she would be fine and there was no need to worry. “I’m very emotional about it because when you’re young, you start talking about wanting a family,” she said. “It was all we talked about literally for 40, 50 years. So, here we are now talking about it again, and it’s the other side of the process.”
A teaser for the upcoming episode, airing on July 18, 2024, shows Kris recovering well post-surgery. “I’m done with my surgery,” she told the cameras, “and I feel great!”
Meanwhile, Kris’ daughters, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, are in India to attend the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai on July 12. The star-studded event is expected to draw significant media attention.
