The Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) apprehended three individuals today, casting suspicion on their involvement in anti-national activities. Among those detained is an individual of Turkish origin, raising further questions about their affiliations.
The operation unfolded across different villages within the district:
- Dhrab Village, Mundra: ATS officers picked up a person of Turkish origin from Dhrab village, situated in the Mundra region.
- Ghaduli and Fulra Villages, Lakhpat Taluka: Two Indian nationals were nabbed—one from Ghaduli and the other from Fulra. Their identities have been revealed as Majeed Abdullah Luhar (from Ghaduli) and Hussain S. Jat (from Fulra).
All three suspects are under scrutiny due to their alleged involvement in activities deemed detrimental to national security. The ATS, in collaboration with intelligence agencies, is currently conducting intensive interrogations to ascertain the extent of their connections and any potential threats posed.
