Supermodel and social media influencer, Bella Hadid, recently filmed her ten-step morning routine for wellness. Among the steps are taking vitamins and detox juices, applying essential oils and journaling.
Known for her lavish lifestyle and sophistication, the 27-year-old is also very fond of organic skincare products. She always emphasises the need for a healthy diet, hydration and enough sleep to have healthy, glowing skin and a toned body.
Her recent video, titled “Mornings with me before we start making things for you” describes her morning wellness routine. Here are the ten steps:
- Bella uses three different kinds of serums together with a thickish liquid to start her morning.
- Next, come the vitamin tablets with a green juice.
- Taking a full glass of sea moss gel is the third step.
- She then waits for the detoxification to take effect.
- Next, she has liquid ionic trace minerals.
- Eating a croissant is the sixth step in maintaining a balanced diet.
- Drinking a non-alcoholic spritz comes next.
- Applying essential oils to her neck and wrists is the eighth step.
- Burning sage is the ninth step. She believes it helps get rid of any bad ‘karma’ that may have accumulated overnight.
- Writing in a leather journal book is the last step.
