Keeping in view the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, Ahmedabad airport has issued an advisory for passengers. In this, passengers have been requested to reach before the scheduled time to catch their flight. Keeping in view the Vibrant Gujarat Summit, Ahmedabad airport will be very busy from 9 to 12 January. More than 400 flights will be operated from the airport in a day. During this time, more than 150 VIPs will reach Ahmedabad airport from private jets. The airport has advised domestic passengers to report three hours in advance. Special arrangements are also being made to handle heavy traffic at Ahmedabad airport, so that the passengers and guests coming to the summit have minimum inconvenience.
Advice to reach three hours in advance All the foreign guests of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit will land at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad. In such a situation, the airport will be very busy for the next four days. During this time, there will also be VIP movements. In such a situation, the airport has asked domestic passengers to reach three hours in advance. In the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, along with the presidents of four countries, governors-ministers of 18 countries, representatives of one lakh of 14 countries will participate. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also reach Gujarat this evening for the Vibrant Summit. The advisory issued by the airport said that they will prepare for their journey keeping in view the heavy traffic.
Ahmedabad airport falls short Ahmedabad airport will be adorned with the arrival of more than 150 domestic and foreign chartered flights for three days. Due to this, parking problem is also coming up at the airport. For the Vibrant Global Summit, 400 flights will reach the airport in a day. In such a situation, parking arrangements are being made for chartered planes at Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat airports. Parking arrangements will be made for 43 aircraft at the airport. Along with this, domestic flights will also be operated at Ahmedabad airport for three days.
