Despite holding a confirmed 3-tier AC ticket for his journey, Anshul encountered chaos at the station. On a specified date, Anshul criticized Indian Railways in social media posts, seeking a refund of Rs 1173.95 and tagging Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and DRM Vadodara.
Anshul shared videos and images depicting the disorder at the railway station during his boarding attempt. His posts gained widespread attention, amassing 2 million impressions and numerous reposts. Many individuals shared their own experiences, highlighting issues such as unreserved passengers occupying AC coaches and the absence of RPF onboard.
Responding to Anshul’s concerns, DRM Vadodara requested his contact details for better assistance. The incident has sparked discussions about the need for improved management, regulated entry with confirmed tickets, and addressing the challenges faced by passengers during festive periods.
