Putin’s Recent Videos Hint At Dementia, Memory Loss: Report

| Updated: July 21, 2023 12:56

For quite some time now, there has been speculation about Russian President Vladimir Putin’s having dementia. A conversation with a child during a Kremlin discussion has added grist to the rumour mills about Putin’s health.

Vibes of India couldn’t independently confirm this development.

Putin was reportedly unsure about the age of a deputy mayor’s child.

A video captured Putin during a conversation with Ivan Shtokman. The latter had been talking about achievements in business that made him consider the role of deputy mayor in Nizhny Novgorod. He reportedly said he experienced a sense of duty towards his country.

Putin, according to reports, asked about the age of his children. Ivan Shtokman answered, “The youngest is nine and the elder, 23.” Putin apparently said, “Your little one is three years old.”

“I specially gathered my strength and personally listened to make sure it was some kind of horror. Are there psychiatrists in the feed?” one user wrote.

Another claimed that Putin was looking at the ceiling and mumbling about the search for a place in the country, signs that indicated something was not right.

Additionally, media houses claimed that Putin gave an indifferent response to news from the Irkutsk governor, Igor Kobzev, regarding the death of soldiers in Ukraine. When Kobzev mentioned troops from his region, Putin, quite unnaturally, remarked, “Pass on my regards to them.”
