On Tuesday afternoon, a strong dust storm slammed some areas of Rajasthan, causing the skies to get dark in those areas. The direction of the dust storm was to the northwest. Rajgarh, Churu, Taranagar, and Sardarshahar are among the places that are impacted.
During the day, the dust storm obscured the skies, impairing visibility and transportation. Electric poles, plants, trees, and tin sheds were all severely damaged.
After the dust storm, there was a flood of rain throughout the region.
This occurs two days after the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted that Rajasthan would experience significant rains. Last month, numerous areas of Rajasthan saw violent thunderstorms and torrential rain, which severely damaged the state’s power infrastructure and electricity distribution systems.
