A complaint has been made against Mohammad Kaif at the Gorwa police station in Vadodara, alleging that he sexually harassed a young Hindu girl living in the Gorwa region. Mohammad Kaif, the defendant, is a resident of Tandalja village in the Sankheda taluka. He made friends with the girl and would frequently pay her house a daytime visit, harassing her sexually. The victim confided in her family after she could no longer take it, and they later made a report. As a result, the police acted right away and filed a POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) complaint against the accused. Navsari: Sadam Hussain, also known as Abdul Aziz Rai, was given a life term by a special POCSO court in Navsari for kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old Hindu girl in 2021. Hussain, who was already married, enticed the young girl to marry him and took her to Uttar Pradesh, where he repeatedly raped her. The offender was fined INR 30,000 and given a harsh life sentence in jail under many IPC provisions by the court.
Amreli: The Jetpur Taluka Police have detained Sameer Altafbhai and Sahil Kayumbhai Parmar for allegedly raping a young Hindu girl in class 10 who is 15 years old. According to the allegation, Sahil, the defendant, met the girl a year ago through social media. While Sameer was complicit in the crime, the juvenile girl was twice persuaded by the accused, taken to the hotel, and raped three times. Both the accused and the offences have been reported to the police under POSCO and other laws.
