Mumbai court on Wednesday sent Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli to 14-day judicial custody in a drugs case. The Narcotics Control Bureau raided his residence on August 28, following which he was taken to the NCB office for questioning. At the time of his arrest, the actor was found to be in an inebriated state.
According to the NCB,Singh is a history-sheeter a lso he was in a courier business earlier but later got involved in the drug racket. NCB have also recovered some WhatsApp chats regarding purchase of drugs between the two. Some chats recovered from Singh’s phone have revealed that he was in contact with people in Colombia and Peru, from where his supply used to come. Apart from Kohli, a drug smuggler named Ajay Singh was also nabbed from Haji Ali area.
Apart from Kohli and Singh, the NCB has also arrested four more people, including two Nigerian nationals.
