In the backdrop of the gruesome Morbi bridge collapse that claimed over 140 lives and counting, an FIR in the B division police station of Morbi City has been filed against the agency entrusted with the task of maintenance and management of the hanging bridge.
Sections 304,308 and 114 of IPC have been applied against the presumed culprits in the FIR which cited the time of the incident as 6.30 pm on October 30, 2022.
The FIR states that the agencies responsible for the management, maintenance, repairs, and renovation have not carried out their assignment properly. It is further stated that the agency, in an act of gross negligence and lack of responsibility, opened the bridge to the general public on October 26, despite knowing that the quality check had not been carried out.

We should mention name of Agency. Question also should be asked when COMMITTEE will submit report? whether will it be MAKE public? No one know about findings of takshshila, surat, Ahmedabad hospital fire and hooch tragedy of Botad report. These are the points people like to know.
