GIFT City signs MoU with TASK Staffing Solutions Private Limited, an Ahmedabad-based integrated staffing solutions company for talent management in the space of international financial services on July 22. Both the companies will jointly review the need for executive recruitment, executive search, volume hiring, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) & contract staffing for IFSC entities at GIFT City. The companies to provide training and up-skilling services through TASK’s associate initiative, SkillSir.com.
Speaking about the collaboration, Mr. Tapan Ray, Managing Director & Group CEO, GIFT City said, “This MoU will help in nurturing the required talent for companies operating from GIFT City by creating large scale employment opportunities in the international financial services sector. ”
GIFT City is a fast emerging company as a preferred destination for Financial Services and IT/ITeS companies for setting up their operations. It is also developing new businesses such as Aircraft Leasing & Financing, Offshore Fund Management, Bullion Trading, Global In-house Centre, etc. The cooperation would help in ensuring the availability of skilled talent on a continuous basis in GIFT City.
