Openly affiliated with the BJP, the Yogi Devnath celebrated his 47th birthday today in Kutch with everyone from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to big shot industrialists wishing him.
The till now confined to Kutch, Yogi Devnath is slowly spreading his wings and has gathered an impressive set of followers. Very active on social media, this Yogi has over 1.3 million followers on twitter and many more on his various Facebook pages.
His agenda is clear. Hindutva and Yogi Adityanath.
Sitting in Gujarat, Yogi Devnath has promised UttarPradesh that if you want Mathura to be yours like Ayodhya, you have no option but bring back Yogi Adityanath to power.
Yogi Devnath heads the yuva vahini in Gujarat besides being a member of the all India Sadhu samaj. He is also the president of Kutch Sadhu Samaj.
A good orator, Yogi Devnath aims to contest the 2022 election from Rapar in Kutch district. He believes that politics is the only way to herald in complete Hindutva in the country.
Claiming that he embraced priesthood and has worn saffron clothes since he was 12, Yogi Devnath hails from Rajasthan. After becoming a balsanyasi , he came to Gujarat.

There are allegations of the Yogi “buying” paid followers and creating a halo of publicity for himself. Devnathji vehemently denies this saying it is a conspiracy by his anti-Hindu rivals who cannot see his growth and fight for making India a Hindu nation. “I am confident of even defeating Mrs Sonia Gandhi, if I am given a ticket”, the yogi told Vibes of India claiming that his only aim is to worship mother India. He said he belongs to the Nath sect of saffron saints. Yogi Adityanath has visited his ashram known as Ekaldham in Kutch after becoming the Chief Minister and these days Devnathji says he is busy canvasing for Yogi Adityanath.
